This open plan Vogue static caravan has a large ramped veranda and is situated in Warren Point, Oakcliff Holiday Park at Dawlish Warren, with parking by the front door.

This 40ft x 12.5ft caravan has double glazing and gas central heating, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed along with an en-suite bathroom consisting of toilet, basin and shower unit as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is twin bedded with wardrobe, storage cupboards, overhead lockers and drawers. All bedding IS included.
The family bathroom contains a toilet, basin, and shower unit.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels and bath mats.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas cooker, integrated fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The dining area consists of a table and 4 chairs situated to one side of the kitchen.
The lounge has a two seater sofa with four armchairs around a drinks table, a TV and a DVD player. Patio doors from the lounge leads onto the veranda, with table and four chairs.
Booking Terms
The caravan is available to rent all year round.
Prices shown are for 7 night breaks. Bookings are available on a Fri/Fri basis only from April to October inclusive.
When booking in advance, a deposit of 25% is required, with full payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any bookings within 1 month of the date require payment in full at the time of booking.
In addition, a security deposit of £100 is required as insurance to cover any loss or damage. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a successful inspection of the caravan.
This is a pet friendly caravan and surroundings.
No smoking is permitted in the caravan at any time.
