Caravan Description
We have a comfortable, warm and modern caravan with all the comforts of home, including a microwave, toaster, crockery and all the utensils that you have at home.
It has double glazing and gas central heating.
The caravan comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, with a double pull-out bed in the living area.
We also supply a 27" flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
There is a shower room with a power shower, plus 2 toilets.
Outside we have wooden garden furniture that seats 6, 2 sun loungers and a large decking. There is also ample parking space for 2 cars.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but not the linen and towels.
The caravan is professionally cleaned after every visit.

About the Area
Warren Point is a quiet part of Oakcliff Holiday Park, with mostly privately owned caravans. Oakcliff Holiday Park holds the Four Star 'Excellent' Awards from the English Tourism Council for the high standard of facilities the park provides.Warren Point is a 5 minute walk away from the Blue Flag beach, sand dunes and nature reserve. There is an amusement area close to the beach.
Oakcliff Holiday Park itself has an outdoor pool for use by residents. There are many pubs, restaurants, takeaways, grocery shops within walking distance of the caravan. There is also a launderette on the Oakcliff site, which is situated on the other side of the road to Warren Point.
Lady's Mile is Oakcliff's sister site and offers an indoor and outdoor pool with waterslide, restaurant, takeaway, shop and nightly entertainment during the season.

We are ideally situated for day trips to Cornwall and surrounding countryside and golden beaches. There is plenty to do whatever the weather.
