We have a well equipped, pet friendly apartment to let with it's own private courtyard, it is situated on a smallholding with 16 acres of pasture land.

Apartment Description
We have a spacious one bedroom apartments, adjacent to our farmhouse, with its own private courtyard.
The apartment is situated on a smallholding surrounded by 16 acres of pasture land. Animals kept on site include sheep, cattle and pigs , which can be viewed by arrangement.
This well-equipped apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including a bath with shower. There is also a fold down double bed in the spacious, open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
Each room has an electric wall heater and the bathroom has a towel rail.
The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Within the lounge there is a TV, DVD player and DAB radio with Bluetooth.
There is also a washing machine available.
Oaksberry had a washing machine and Hornbeam has access to on-site washing machine.
Outside we have a private courtyard with table and chairs; it's a great site for bird watching and enjoying the night skies.
Upgrades for 2017 - Fenced garden/patio area overlooking our fields.

Wi-Fi is available on site.
Bed linen is provided.
2 dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £25 per dog, per week.

About the Area
The village of Rackenford is within a five minute, level walk. The village has a shop and a thatched pub, The Stag Inn, rumoured to be the oldest in Devon. Sadly the opening times are few and erratic, please contact them direct to check if open during your planned stay!This is an idyllic location in the Devon countryside allowing easy access to both the north and south Devon coast and their award winning beaches. It's also a fantastic area for walking, with the Two Moors Way close by and a large selection of circular walks available.
Exmoor National Park is a 20 minute drive away and Dartmoor can be reached within a 45 minute drive.
The cities of Exeter (24 miles), Barnstaple (24 miles) and Taunton (28 miles) are all close by, with leisure facilities, high street shops, restaurants, a cinema, theatre and much more. The nearest town is Tiverton (8 miles) with its castle, canal, Grand Western Horseboat and National Trust property, Knightshayes Court.
In all, it's a great location for exploring Devon and only 25 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5.
