Caravan Description

Mi-Casa is our luxurious and well-presented New 2022 Lamberhurst Willerby static caravan; a wonderful place to relax and unwind and ideally situated on Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon.

Fully central heated and double glazed, our static caravan sleeps up to four people and is pet and smoke free.

Mi-Casa comprises of a double bedroom with double bed, built-in furniture, a dressing table with stool and a hairdryer, along with an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with two small single beds. Quilts, pillows and bed linen are provided for both bedrooms, and they will be ready and made up for your arrival.

The family bathroom contains a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are also provided in the caravan.

The spacious, open plan living area is comprised of a kitchen, diner and lounge. The lounge area has a three seat sofa, two armchairs, a freestanding coffee table, electric fire, Google Dot and a TV and DVD player. Sliding patio doors open onto the decking area. Free Wi-Fi is also included in the price of your stay. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, five ring gas cooker/oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. You will also find a Hoover, mop, bucket and clothes airer. Tea towels are provided. A welcome starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits will also be provided.

Outside is a decking area with patio furniture and parking for one car next to the holiday home. Additional parking is available nearby.

Bookings & Conditions

Mi-Casa is available for full weeks or short breaks Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. For other arrival dates please email.

To book your dates a £100 deposit is required. Full payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If booking within 6 weeks, then full payment would be due at the time of booking.

A £100 damage deposit will be added to the advertised price. This will be refunded after your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

We do not allow stag/hen parties, or all male/female groups.

Smoking is not allowed.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Location

Mi-Casa is based at Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon. Facilities on site include:

Facilities are available from the 1st of March to the end of October.

To access the facilities, you will need to purchase a pass. These are not included in the price of your stay, but can be bought from the main Reception at Landscove.

Brixham has a beautiful harbour where you can sit and relax and watch the world go by. To walk from Mi-casa it's twenty minutes away. By car it’s around 5 minutes. In Brixham you will find a selection of shops, restaurants and cafés to browse as you head towards the harbour.

Landscove has direct access to the coastal path and Berry Head is only a 10 minute walk along the beautiful scenic Coastal Path. At Berry Head you will find the Guardhouse Café.

A selection of leaflets will be available in the caravan of local attractions.
