‘Flipflops’ is a delightful 2 bedroom caravan to let on Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham, benefitting from wraparound decking with outdoor furniture and parasol, full central heating and double glazing.
The caravan has a ‘Gold’ on-site rating and is perfectly situated for visiting Dartmouth, Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
Internal features include:

. Spacious kitchen/diner with a cooker, oven and grill, toaster, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, lots of pots, pans, utensils and crockery
. Main bedroom with double bed, two double wardrobes and en-suite toilet
. Second bedroom with two (small) single beds and a single wardrobe
. Family size shower room with storage for towels and toiletries
. Large wraparound (south facing) decking with patio furniture
. Allocated parking for one car adjacent to the caravan
Towels and bed linen are provided.
We also provide complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, along with washing up liquid and fresh tea towels.
Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.
Location
Landscove Holiday Park is on the beautiful Southwest Coastal Path and offers stunning views of the cliffs and sea. It is just a short 20 minute walk from the secluded St Marys Bay (access is down a set of steep steps, so it is restrictive for those with mobility concerns). In the other direction, less than ten minutes away, is Berry Head, where the Guard House Café (highly recommended) has to be tried for a morning coffee and its wonderful food, especially the breakfasts!
The traditional fishing town of Brixham is a 25 minute walk away, where you will find seaside shops, ice cream kiosks, pubs, fish & chips etc. – and with children in mind, crabbing from the harbour is a must!
On Landscove Holiday Park itself there is a clubhouse providing evening entertainment, an amusement arcade, restaurant and children's play park. There’s also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (May to October) and a local shop.
Site passes are available to purchase from main reception at the entrance to the park.
