Cottage Description

Lavender Cottage is situated on Landscove Holiday Village; a small complex of 38 bungalows in Brixham, Devon - at the far end of the site, tucked up in the corner, you will find us.

Lavender Cottage is superbly decorated, Double glazed and electric heating in all rooms. (not storage heaters. when you turn the heating on the room will start to heat up. Heat when you want it).

To the back of Lavender Cottage you overlook Berry Head and to the right, you have a lovely rural and sea view.

Lavender Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people. Bedroom one has a standard double bed, whilst bedroom two has a small double (4ft). Available is a single air bed and bedding . Maximum of 4 guests

The lounge and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size fridge, small freezer, 2 ovens, a dishwasher and microwave. Basics are supplied on arrival, i.e. coffee, tea, sugar. milk, dishwasher tabs, and washing up liquid etc.

This is a cosy cottage bungalow with lots to offer. Presented in excellent condition.

Parking is available a short distance from Lavender Cottage.

Landscove Holiday Village facilities can be used for a small fee per person, per week. This allows use of the club room and indoor/outdoor pools. There is also an on-site shop, plus a laundry room with washing, drying and ironing facilities.

Passes for the facilities can be purchased from the main reception.

We are just a 10 minute walk from Berry Head, which is perfect. Here you will find Guardhouse Café; a very popular café for everyday meals, snacks and treats. From here you can take a pathway down through the woods, past Berry Head Hotel and onto Shoalstone Pool (a natural sea pool); a very popular spot on a hot day!

Brixham harbour is a 25 minute walk from Lavender Cottage.

The local coastal footpath to Berry Head is 5 minutes away . This truly is a stunning area for walkers, and twitchers especially.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat from the everyday life, you won’t get much better than this!

To book Lavender Cottage a £100 deposit is required. Full payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. If booking within 6 weeks, then full payment would be due at the time of booking.

A £100 damage deposit will be added to the advertised price, see price and availability tap above. This will be refunded after your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

We do not allow stag/hen parties, or all male/female groups.

Smoking is not allowed.
