Caravan Description

‘Horizon’ is our beautiful and well-presented, central heated and double glazed Winchester static caravan at Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon.

The accommodation sleeps four people in two bedrooms and is non-smoking and pet free.

Horizon comprises:

Double bedroom with double bed, TV unit, walk-in wardrobe, built-in furniture and an en-suite toilet and hand basin.

The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds.


Quilts, pillows and bed linen are provided for both bedrooms, which is included in the price. All we ask is you bring your own bath and hand towels.

The family bathroom contains a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Dining area with table and four chairs.

The lounge area has a four seat corner sofa, an armchair, freestanding coffee table and a TV and DVD player, along with a selection of games and DVDs for your use. We also have Bluetooth speakers on the ceiling that you can connect your music to from your devices.
Free Wi-Fi is also included in the price of your stay.

Within the fully equipped kitchen is a fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, along with plenty of kitchen utensil and crockery. Also available is a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find a Hoover, mop, bucket and clothes airer.

A welcome starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits will also be provided at Horizon caravan .

To the outside we have a decking area with patio furniture. Please note though that to access Horizon you will need to go up a couple of steps to the decking area. The decking also has small lights that are built into the base that go around the caravan.

Parking for one car is available next to the holiday home.

Bookings & Conditions

Horizon is available for full weeks, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday breaks.

To book your dates a £50.00 deposit is required. With full payment due 4 weeks before arrival.
If booking within 4 weeks then full payment would be due at the time of booking

A £100.00 damage deposit will be added to the advertised price. This will be refunded after your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

Horizon is suitable for couples and families of four only.

We do not allow stag/hen parties, or all male/female groups.

Smoking is not allowed.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Location

Horizon is based at Landscove Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon. Facilities on site include:

To access the facilities, you will need to purchase a pass. These are not included in the price of your stay, but can be bought from the main Reception at Landscove.

Landscove has direct access to the Coastal Path, which will lead you to Berry Head Nature Reserve or to St Mary's Bay, taking in the wonderful scenic views along the way.

Brixham, famous for its fishing harbour, is a five minute drive or about a ten to fifteen minuet walk. In Brixham there are many places to stop and have a coffee or bite to eat, or you can just sit and relax by the harbour.

Torquay is only a ferry ride across the water, which is very reasonably priced around £1.50 each way. If travelling by car to Torquay it’s around a twenty minute drive.

There area many places to visit in the area and inside the caravan you will find a selection of leaflets to browse through.
