Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite toilet, while the second bedroom two has twin single beds. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge, which is separated from the kitchen by a door, ensuring you don't disturb any guests when making your morning coffee.

Also in the lounge is a Freeview TV, along with a selection of DVDs, games and books on hand for those family nights in.

The kitchen diner boasts a full size fridge/freezer, 4 hob gas cooker, microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle, as well as an ample selection of pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils. Children's plates, bowls, tumblers and cutlery are also provided.

For our smaller guests, a highchair and bed guard can be on hand ready for your use.

The bathroom has a full size, walk-in shower and toilet.

Access to the secure decked area is via the patio doors only. On the decked area you will find a table and chairs for you to enjoy a sundowner or two.

A rotary clothesline is situated on the lawned area. We also have a patio area with picnic bench and parasol.

A dedicated parking space is available at the caravan.

A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

A small supply of basics (tea, coffee, loo rolls etc) will be there on arrival.

All beds have mattress protectors, which are changed between rentals. Duvets and pillow are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Electric and water is included in our rental cost.

Gas is metered and is topped up via a key card - gas units are purchased at reception. There will be units on the meter when you arrive, but prior to your check out, the meter will need to be topped back up to the original amount.

Our caravan is pet friendly and can accommodate one large or two small dogs.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING is permitted within the caravan.




Location

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a Diamond award-winning Park with excellent amenities for both adults and children, including nightly entertainment and a day time kids’ club. Ladram Bay also has a wonderful pool complex*, which includes an indoor heated swimming pool with a shallow children's area, complete with slides and fountains. For those warm days there is an outdoor splash zone, which is accessed via the pool area. The pool complex also has a sauna, steam room and gym.

A private pebble beach awaits you on site too, where you can hire fishing boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

* Pool complex passes are NOT included and will need to be purchased at Reception. One hour time slots for the pool need to be booked 24 hours in advance, which can be done at the pool reception.

** Pre booking for both Pebbles and Coast can be made via the Ladram Bay app which is available on both Apple and Android.
