Caravan Description

This luxury caravan at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, offers a spacious lounge with a large L shaped sofa, Smart TV, Xbox and a Wii for your entertainment. There is also a variety of books, games and toys.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a full size 4 burner gas cooker with separate grill and oven; a microwave and tall integrated fridge freezer. There is also a free standing table with chairs in the dining area.

The master bedroom is large, with a doubled bed, dressing table, overhead storage and fitted wardrobes. There is an adjoining en-suite, which has a toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, overhead storage and a single wardrobe. There’s also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and hand basin.

Please Note: Electricity is included in our rental charge. Gas is metered and paid for with a prepayment card, which is topped up at reception.

At our luxury Ladram Bay caravan, there is a fully enclosed garden area alongside the caravan, where you will find a large patio area with patio table, chairs, parasol and a BBQ; perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing on the garden hammock.

We are ideally situated in a lovely, quiet area with no through traffic and literally, just a few minutes from the coastal path.

We allow one well behaved dog.

Bookings

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100, which will secure your booking.

The balance is due six weeks before your holiday start date.







Location

Ladram Bay has great facilities. The entertainment complex has a kids’ club, lovely bar with nightly entertainment in season and a reasonably priced restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food and there is an adjoining terrace, which has wonderful views overlooking the bay.

Ladram Bay also has a lovely indoor heated swimming pool with slides, an outdoor splash pad, sauna, steam room and gym. For the children there's an arcade, indoor soft play area, climbing wall and adventure golf course, along with a large outdoor children's play park and kids’ club.

The private pebbly beach has it own café with free wifi, where you can hire kayaks, paddle boards, boats and fishing equipment. There is food & drinks available along with body boards, nets & buckets. From the Crab Shack you can buy fresh crab, lobster, prawns & various types of fish depending on the catch that morning.

Ladram Bay is situated on the picturesque coastal path between Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. Exmouth with its long sandy beach is only 8 miles away & why not visit Exeter for great shopping and a magnificent cathedral or escape on Dartmoor for the day. Crealy Adventure Park and the Donkey Sanctuary are enormous fun for the children. If you fancy some home cooked lunch then head down to Otterton Mill where you will find lovely gifts & a fabulous farm shop.
