Our beautiful, luxury caravan at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, comes complete with Park Home standard insulation and parking for one car alongside.

It also benefits from having Hypnos luxury pocket sprung mattresses to both bedrooms; one King Size to the main bedroom and one Double to the second bedroom. The main bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower & toilet A pull-out double bed is available in the lounge.

The two shower rooms are comprised of one en-suite to the main bedroom the other near the second bedroom - both with toilets.

Located on The Jurassic coast between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a family run holiday park with a private beach, with pebbles and sand at low tide.

On site there is an indoor swimming pool (including sauna and steam room), and amusement arcade, soft-play area and adventure playground. Other facilities include a fish and chip shop; restaurant and café; entertainment complex with evening entertainment for all ages, a mini supermarket shop and a launderette.

In the nearby village of Otterton is a pub that does food, as well as an historic mill where fresh bread is sold. Greendale Farm shop, also close by, stocks fresh meat and locally caught fish.

There are many other villages and towns within reasonable travelling distance too, including Exmouth, Topsham, Seaton and Exeter, as well as many other pubs and restaurants.

Well worth a visit is The Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth, and Crealy Theme Park near Exeter.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & RESERVATIONS

Reservation fee of £150 to secure booking. The balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date.

DAMAGE COVER

Additional £150 damage waiver also required with the balance. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure subject to there being no loss, damage or breakages or the need for a deep clean.

INSURANCE

As with all holiday bookings it is your responsibility to ensure adequate cover is provided for cancellations within the final 6 week period before your commencement date.

SMOKING / VAPING

Strictly No Smoking or Vaping either in the caravan / Sundeck / patio / grass area.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

There is a pay charging point in the main car park.
Charging at the caravan is strictly forbidden by the site owners for safety reasons.

DEPARTURE TIME. 10am

Food delivery vehicles are not allowed on the site at any time for safety reasons.
