Caravan Description
Our popular caravan (C127) at Ladram Bay is just 5 years old. We have panoramic views of the Jurassic Coast towards Sidmouth wich are breath-taking from our elevated position on Peak View - if you want a great sea view, this is it!
There are 3 bedrooms - the main is a double and has an en-suite WC and hand basin and the two smaller bedrooms have twin beds.
The main bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin which has a storage cupboard below and also behind the mirror above.
There's plenty of storage in the bedrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. The sitting/dining area is attractive and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV together with those fantastic sea views from the sofa and the decking area. The pleasant garden area to the side of the van has a table and six chairs plus a parasol. On the decking at the front is a small 2 seater sofa, 2 small arm chairs, a glass topped coffee table and a bistro table with 2 chairs. This area can be accessed from both the side door and the sliding patio door at the front.
Also, we now have direct WiFi - a huge bonus.
Bookings
£100 will secure your booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.
An additional £100 damage cover will also be required with the balance. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure as long as there is no significant loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

We can be flexible re dates (apart from June, July and August plus the two Easter weeks and Whitsun week). Our minimum booking is a mid-week 4 night break.
Location
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is located between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton - both absolutely charming - with lots of opportunities nearby for great days out and lovely walks along the cliffs.
There's direct access to the beach with boats, canoes and paddleboards for hire. On site you’ll find a really good swimming pool and children's pool within the main building and a children's Splash Zone just outside the pool which is free during August. There's also crazy golf, a children's adventure playground, Waves restaurant, a take-away opposite the excellent shop and a great entertainment area with bar. The entertainment is free.
