We welcome you to ‘Red Rock View’, our 2022 Swift Burgundy holiday home based at Ladram Bay Holiday Park on the stunning Jurassic coastline in East Devon.

Our lovely holiday home is situated on plot C107 Peak View and boasts beautiful views of the red coloured coastline, all from the comfort of our sofa.

Red Rock View is a 3 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home, which features gas central heating, an electric fire in the lounge and double glazed windows throughout.

Water, electric and gas are included in the price of your stay, at no extra cost.

The well-equipped kitchen has a full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and gas double oven with grill and 4 burner gas hob. Plenty of storage is available within the kitchen too. This is completed by a built-in dining seating area.

To the front of the home you will find the lounge, which features a built-in corner sofa area with soft furnishings, a coffee table, 43" TV and a Blu-ray player.

The master bedroom features a double bed with bedside units, a wardrobe and dressing table. The two twin bedrooms also feature bedside units and storage.

We have two toilets! There is a separate toilet/wash room, in addition to the family bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and shower. Both have storage.

Outside there is side decking/balcony with occasional seating, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sea views of the Jurassic coast. There is also a large gated patio area, where you will find dining furniture and a rotary airer. This is fronted by private parking/driveway.

We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please bring your own pods).

A high chair, travel cot, bed guard and shower seat are also provided at no extra charge.

Bookings & Conditions

All Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. 3 and 4 night breaks are also available.

A £50 booking deposit is required to secure your dates. All bookings are required to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you should cancel your booking within the 4 weeks of your arrival date, then the £50 deposit will not be refunded.

A rental damage deposit of £100 is also payable with your final payment. This is refundable within 10 days of your departure, unless any loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred or there is need for an intensive clean.

One well behaved dog is permitted at a charge of £30 per stay. Dogs are NOT permitted on any of the furniture or beds.

A confirmation email will be sent on booking. An email with further details of your stay, will be sent shortly before your arrival.

Parking passes will be posted out 1 week before your holiday. These are to be displayed at all times when in the holiday park.

NO smoking or vaping allowed in the home.

Park rules dictate that NO Stag or Hen parties are allowed, and no same sex parties allowed.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but linen is not, so please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels (including tea towels).

Bins are not collected from each home so we kindly ask that all bins are emptied prior to check-out. The park has a bin and recycling point at the back of the car park, so please do separate your waste and recycle where possible.

We also ask you to respect our neighbours with no ball games between the homes - there is a sports field within the park.

Local beaches include Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth.

Local Supermarkets include Tesco Extra and Lidl, both about 6 miles away in Exmouth.
