Caravan Description

Our 2021 holiday caravan (available school holidays only) is situated on Peak View at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, enjoying stunning views of the sea.

Our lovely caravan sleeps 6 guests and has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed, wall-mounted TV and en-suite washroom; a second bedroom with twin beds, plus a convertible sofa bed in the lounge.

Also within the lounge you will find a 42” TV, DVD player, DAB radio and a built-in electric fire for additional heating.

The caravan is double glazed and fully centrally heated.

The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Outside we have wraparound decking with infinity glass panelling to maximise the view. Patio chairs and a coffee table are provided. There is also an extra outside area of patio and grass to the side of the caravan, with parking for one car on the drive.

We supply duvets, mattress and pillow protectors and pillows. We do not provide bed linen though.
WiFi... The holiday park are currently rolling out the installation of fibre throughout the site, however in the meantime there is no WiFi in the caravan but WiFi is available in the clubhouse on the holiday park. EE gets the best reception for mobile phone signal and 4G Internet mobile data from the caravan.

** Important Note In Case Of Allergies **

We do not allow pets in our caravan. However, we do have a little cockerpoo of our own but she is a non shedding hypoallergenic breed.

We require a £100 non refundable deposit (unless cancelled due to covid reasons) at the time of booking, and the balance will be due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. We also require an additional security deposit of £100, payable with your final balance, in case of breakages or damage. Provided we are satisfied that there are no breakages or damage, this security deposit will be refunded within 10 days.

Location

Situated at Ladram Bay Holiday Park in beautiful Budleigh Salterton, our caravan is approximately a three minute walk from the on-site, well-stocked shop, fish and chip takeaway and launderette. There is also a restaurant and clubhouse with bingo and nightly entertainment for all the family.

The private beach is just five minutes walk away, where you can hire kayaks, paddle boards and boats. There’s also picnic tables on the pebble beach, with a handy shack alongside where you can buy drinks, snacks, ice cream etc. Fresh fish is caught daily and sold in the shack by the beach.

Other facilities on Ladram Bay Holiday Park include an indoor swimming pool*, sauna*, gym*, mini golf*, children’s splash park and playground.

There are many beautiful coastal walks close by and the South West Coastal Path runs along the front of the Holiday Park - for example, east to Sidmouth, west to Budleigh Salterton.

Lyme Regis, Beer and Exmouth are close by and Crealy Theme Park is only approximately 20 minutes away.

For garden lovers, Bicton Park botanical gardens is well worth a visit.
