Situated on the Triassic coast of East Devon, our 2 bedroom ABI Haywood caravan with double glazing, central heating, Sky TV, Wi-Fi, sea view from the decking & separate secluded patio with furniture.

Situated on the Triassic coast of East Devon, get involved with this comfortable 2 bedroom ABI Haywood caravan with double glazing, central heating, Sky TV & Wi-Fi, along with a sea view from the decking and a separate secluded patio with furniture and loungers.

This caravan sleeps up to 6 guests consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite toilet, a twin bedroom and an additional pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

Duvets and pillows are provided, along with mattress and pillow protectors. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillows cases, bath towels & hand towels.

The spacious lounge has a 39" flat screen JVC Smart TV, with built-in Netflix, Amazon etc. Sky TV (including Sports & Movies) is included along with a Blu-Ray DVD and 4G Wi-Fi for free as well.

Fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and comprises of a built-in, full length fridge freezer, a microwave, oven with grill and gas hob. There is also a toaster, kettle and a wide variety of baking dishes, saucepans and numerous utensils.

The cooker and central heating both use gas with a separate fixed electric fire in the lounge just in case the traditional English Summer arrives. All Energy costs are included.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, storage and toilet.

Relax on the decking at either the rattan table or on the sofa, alternatively make use of the secluded large patio area, complete with quality loungers or you can picnic on the lawn, cook your tea on the gas BBQ and you can store all of your buckets & spades in the shed.

There is parking for one car at the front and any extra vehicles can be parked in the large car park close by.

Terms & Conditions

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a lovely, friendly site that is ideal for families and couples, therefore, stag parties, hen parties and late night noise are NOT permitted.

Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside the caravan.

Site is secluded and there is also excellent on site security.

All bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

Bookings need to be paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival date, I'll send a reminder.

There is a £100 deposit to secure your booking, also a damage deposit of £150 will be needed but will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, unless you wreck the joint..

Check in after 3pm and out by 10am.

Location

Ladram Bay is a family owned and run 5-star, award-winning park set in the majestic UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast and East Devon AONB. It includes a large restaurant, evening entertainment bar, swimming pool, gym & sauna. There is also a decent shop on site selling a lot of local produce as well as the essentials.

It has a private, sand-washed pebble beach set within a sheltered bay on a stunning stretch of Triassic coastline. It is on the South West Coastal path so; local walks include exhilarating cliff-top strolls on undulating hills to Budleigh Salterton or get the blood pumping by heading east towards Sidmouth over High Peak.

Otterton Village is a 10 minute walk where you can dine in the Kings Arms or have your afternoon tea in Otterton Mill. Sidmouth (3 miles away) has a wide range of restaurants and a great sea promenade. Exmouth (5 miles) has a fantastic beach with a sweeping view of the Exe estuary over to Dawlish and Dartmoor in the distance. Exeter (15 miles) is a vibrant city with great shopping and a historic cathedral.
