Caravan Description
Welcome to our 35x12 Willerby static caravan for hire on the beautiful Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon, based in The Orchard.
It has a pitched roof and is fully centrally heated and double glazed with free Wi-Fi throughout.
Our caravan is sited in a lovely location just a couple of minutes walk to all the main facilities including the beach, the shop, takeaway, Pebbles restaurant and the entertainment complex. You can see the cliff top walks through the large lounge window and partial sea views from the lounge and kitchen windows. The Orchard is a very quiet spot and behind the caravan is a mature tree and a hedgerow bringing nature in to your stay when you sit outside.
This spacious holiday accommodation sleeps up to 6 guests and consists of one double bedroom* and a twin bedroom, with an additional pull-out double bed in the lounge area.
Duvets and pillows are provided, along with mattress and pillow protectors. However, you will need to provide your own sheets, duvet covers and pillows cases, as well as your own bath towels, hand towels, tea towels and bath mat.
*PLEASE NOTE: THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED*
In the lounge is a quality 40" flat screen Panasonic Smart TV, with built-in Netflix, Amazon etc. There is unlimited free 4G Wi-Fi throughout the caravan.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and comprises of a built-in, full length fridge freezer, a microwave, oven with grill and gas hob. There is also a toaster, kettle and a wide variety of baking dishes, saucepans and numerous utensils.
The bathroom contains a full-size walk-in shower, built-in wash basin with storage, wall cabinet and toilet. The en-suite has a sink, toilet and wall cabinet.
A clothes airer is provided for your use.
Outside is a large patio area, complete with quality garden furniture and a BBQ for your use during your stay. There is also a lawn next to the patio and a storage unit for any buckets, spades and other beach equipment.
There is parking for one car to the side of the caravan. Any extra vehicles can be parked in the large car park close by.
The cooker and central heating uses gas.
Electricity and gas is included in the cost of your holiday.
Well behaved dog allowed. One minute walk away from dog walking field and the new dog agility area.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a lovely, friendly site that is ideal for families and couples. Therefore, Stag parties, Hen parties and late night noise are NOT permitted.
Smoking/ vaping is NOT allowed inside the caravan.
There is also excellent on site security.
Bookings & Conditions
All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
All bookings need to be paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival date and we’ll email a reminder prior to this.
We require £100 deposit when booking, in order to secure your dates. This is non refundable.
A rental damage deposit of £100 is also required when paying the balance. This will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, unless any damage, loss or breakages have occurred.
A confirmation email will be sent when you make the booking. A more detailed email will be sent nearer to your arrival.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.

About the Area
Ladram Bay is a 5 star holiday park located between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. It offers many facilities, including free family daytime and evening entertainment, Pebbles restaurant (with stunning panoramic sea views from the terrace), fish and chip takeaway, large indoor swimming pool with outdoor splash area (passes available from Reception), a gym, excellent new outside children's play area, crazy golf, climbing wall and a fully equipped launderette.Ladram Bay also has a private beach in the beautiful bay on the Jurassic Coast, with safe swimming and rock pools. Here you will also find a beachside café, watersports facilities, hire of boats, kayaks etc., and a crab store.
From the park there are some lovely coastal cliff top walks into Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. You can easily walk to the nearby Otterton Mill too, for incredible cream teas, the King’s Arms pub and a local village shop.
Nearby attractions include Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, Raceworld Go-Karting at Woodbury Salterton, Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves in Torquay, Paignton Zoo, Crealy Theme Park and Resort, and The Donkey Sanctuary.
Local beaches can be found at Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park has a small convenience store for all your essentials and everyday items, but if you require a bigger supermarket, there is a Waitrose and a Lidl in Sidmouth, as well as a Tesco and Lidl en route to Exmouth.
