Fabulous mobile home for rent on Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Budleigh Salterton, Devon.

The caravan sleeps six and has two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed with comfy mattress topper in the lounge.

There is a separate family bathroom with full size shower, wash basin and toilet.

The large living area includes the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker/hob, large fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Within the lounge is large sofa, bean bag and wall-mounted smart TV, all finished to a high standard.

There is also an outside area with picnic table and various items for your use, including folding chairs, a fold up-tent and swingball.

Parking is available next to the caravan.

Location

Ladram Bay is a 5 star holiday park located between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. It offers many facilities, including free children’s daytime and evening entertainment; a restaurant; takeaway (excellent fish and chips); well-stocked store; large indoor swimming pool (passes available from Reception); excellent outside children's play area, including new children's splash area; crazy golf; and a fully equipped launderette.

Ladram Bay also has a private beach in the beautiful bay on the Jurassic Coast, which has safe swimming and rock pools. Here you will also find a beachside café, watersports facilities, hire of boats, kayaks etc. and a crab store.

From the park there are some lovely coastal cliff top walks.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a lovely, friendly site that is ideal for families and couples. Stag parties, Hen parties and late night noise is NOT accepted.

There is also excellent on site security.
