2026 Availability Now Released..We welcome you to our Swift Burgundy holiday home on the beautiful, stunning Jurassic coastline at Ladram Bay Holiday Park in East Devon.

Our holiday home, C30, is located in the lower part of Peak View boasting spectacular panoramic views.

This is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday home, featuring wraparound decking/balcony with occasional seating - sit and relax with beautiful sea views of the Jurassic coast from your private balcony. You have a private garden too, where you will find garden dining furniture and a rotary airer with patio and grassed area. This is fronted by your own private parking/driveway.

As you enter the holiday home, the kitchen is a modern design with built-in microwave and fridge freezer, along with gas oven and hob. Plenty of storage is available within the kitchen too. This is completed by a built-in dining seating area.

To the front of the caravan you will find the lounge, which features a built-in corner sofa area with soft furnishings, a coffee table, 40" LED TV with sound bar, Sky TV and a DVD player. Double doors open out onto a decking area overlooking the sea.

The caravan features gas central heating, an electric fire in the lounge and double glazed windows throughout.

Water electric and gas is included in the price of your stay, at no extra cost.

The master bedroom features a double bed with bedside units, a wardrobe and dressing table. The two twin bedrooms also feature bedside units and storage. There’s also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, to complete the sleeping areas.

Bookings & Conditions

All Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

A £150 booking deposit is required to secure your dates. All bookings are required to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date. This is refundable within 10 working days after your departure, unless any loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred.

A confirmation email will be sent on booking. A further email with details of your stay, will be sent prior to your arrival.

Parking and park passes will be posted out 1 week before your arrival. These are to be displayed at all times when in the holiday park.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan.

Park rules dictate that NO Stag or Hen parties are allowed, and no same sex parties allowed.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Please note there is a late check out charge of £50.00 so please be prompt on departure to avoid additional charges.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is now included for the 2025 season free of charge but please remember to bring your own towels.

We also ask you to respect our neighbours with no ball games between the caravans - there is a sports field within the park for any ball games.

Electric car charging is prohibited within the property. On-site facilities for charging are available within the main car park (extra costs applicable).
