We welcome you all to our Swift Bordeaux holiday home on the beautiful, stunning Jurassic coastline at Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon

Located in the lower part of Peak View, C11 is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home, featuring wraparound decking/balcony with occasion seating - sit and relax with panoramic sea views of the Jurassic coast from your private balcony. You have a secure private garden too, with patio and grassed area, fronted by your own private parking/drive way. Here you will find garden dining furniture and a rotary airer.

Walking through the double doors into the caravan, you will find a modern lounge with stand alone sofas and soft furnishings. The lounge also features a 43" Smart LED TV, with sound bar, Sky TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is a fully equipped, modern design with a built-in microwave and fridge freezer, along with a gas oven and hob. This is completed by a 4 seater dining table with chairs.

The caravan features gas central heating, an electric fire in the lounge and double glazed windows throughout.

Gas, water and electric is included in the price of your stay at no extra cost.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and storage, with an en-suite toilet. There is also a separate twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom with shower, along with a pull out-double sofa bed in the lounge.

Bookings & Conditions

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

A £150 booking deposit is required to secure your dates. All bookings are required to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date. This is refundable within 10 days after your departure, unless any loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred.

A confirmation email will be sent on booking. A further email with details of your stay, will be sent prior to arrival.

Parking and Park passes will be posted out 1 week before your arrival. These are to be displayed at all times when in the holiday park.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan.

Park Rules dictate that no Stag or Hen parties are allowed, and no same sex parties allowed.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but linen is not provided, so please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels.

We also ask you to respect our neighbours with no balls games between caravans - there is a sports field within the park for any ball games.

Situated on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an ideal place to be, whether you wish to visit the area of stay on site.

Also close by is Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, Raceworld Go-Karting at Woodbury Salterton, Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves in Torquay, Paignton Zoo, local beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, Crealy Theme Park and Resort, The Donkey Sanctuary.

Local supermarkets include Tesco Extra and Lidl stores within 6 miles.
