Our 2020, 6 berth holiday home on the Peak View area of Ladram Bay, an award winning Holiday Park in East Devon, benefitting from a balcony with sea views overlooking the bay and Jurassic coastline.
The caravan has central heating and offers three bedrooms; two twin bedded rooms, a master bedroom with en-suite and separate bathroom with toilet and shower.
The modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, gas oven and dining room table for 6 is located next to a large sitting room with flat screen 40” Smart TV, and DAB radio and an assortment of board games. This leads out onto a decked balcony with sea views overlooking the bay, Jurassic coastline and on a clear day all the way to Portland!
There is also a separate patio, a grassed area, with an outside dining bench, an outside tap, plus a driveway for parking.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park has its own private access beach for residents, along with an on site café, boat hire, indoor swimming pool, gym, children’s outdoor play area, shop, fish and chip shop, bar, restaurant and daily entertainment and activities on site. There are additional costs for some activities, and swimming pool passes can be purchased whilst at Ladram. Please check the Ladram bay website for more information.
A visitors pass will be given to you as part of your stay so that you can gain access to Ladram Bay site whenever you need.
* Bedding- Duvets and Pillows provided (4 single and 1 double) you will need to bring your own covers, sheets and towels.
Bookings from Sat-Sat (7nights) or Mon-Fri (5nights)- please view our availability and prices.
During peak seasons Jun-Sept we only rent for a minimum of 3 nights.
A holding deposit is required within 24hrs of a booking to make it fair on others looking to book, after this time it will be re-advertised. Once received we will email you more details to get you ready to arrive!
We don’t allow smoking or vaping in or near the caravan for safety reasons and would ask that you respect this wish.
We ideally only hire to family groups, so no same sex adult groups enquiries please. We also reserve the right to refuse a booking, refund or cancel at time if necessary. This is always a last option and hopefully will never be the case…
Our Caravan is a second home for us and as a family we love to go there whenever we can…we hope that you enjoy making memories of your own at Ladram…which is a very special part of Devon.

About the Area
The South West coastal path passes through Ladram bay holiday park where you can walk along the cliffs, east to Sidmouth or west towards Budleigh Salterton….or beyond depending on how you feel!Locally the village of Otterton with its pub, shops and Mill are a short walk away, with the River Otter leading through the Devon countryside towards the coastal village of Budleigh Salterton. The seaside town of Exmouth and Bicton Botanical Garden are also close by. The Cathedral city of Exeter is a short 20min drive away or has rail access from Exmouth.
There’s plenty to do for families in the area, including Crealy Adventure Park and the World of Country.
