Caravan Description
Our immaculate two bedroom caravan to let on Ladram Bay Holiday Park, set in the Smugglers area, has its own wraparound decking offering outstanding sea views. The caravan has full central heating and double glazing.
It also has a patio area with comfortable table and chairs.
Within the caravan is a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, along with a twin bedded room. There is a sofa bed for two is in the lounge. A travel cot is available.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, gas cooker etc. While in the lounge you’ll find a gas fire, 32" TV and a DVD player.
We supply duvets and pillows, but you must bring your own bed linen and towels (duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels). Don't forget your beach towels.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an outstanding site that has won lots of awards.
Our caravan is located just a few minutes from the well-stocked, on site shop and fish and chip shop. There is also a launderette on site. Ladram Bay also has a wonderful beach (great for rock pool fishing when the tide is out) with an opportunity to hire boats, kayaks and paddleboards too. The beach also has The Beach Shack where you can buy drinks, snacks and ice-creams.
The indoor swimming pool has an on site café in the entrance. Weekly passes can be purchased for swimming and the gym. Crazy golf is next to the pool.
There is a restaurant and bar on site too, along with a clubhouse offering nightly entertainment, including a kids’ club.
Venturing off site, the village of Otterton is close by which has a Mill that’s is open to the public - there is a restaurant too, that serves lovely cream teas.
Sidmouth is a pretty seaside town, with lots of shops and a pebbly beach.
There are some lovely walks close by too, with the Coastal Path going through the Park itself.
