Lodge Description

Welcome to Otterton Lodge (PV16) situated at Ladram Bay Holiday Park on the exclusive Portland View. It offers a home from home experience with all the extras to make holiday memories.

The Lodge sits on a larger than average plot and has the added benefit of two parking spaces for your use only.

Otterton Lodge has an enclosed garden with a number of areas provided, complete with garden furniture to take in the stunning sea views along the Jurassic coastline, either from the garden or from the wraparound decking.

It further benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout, making it ideal at any time of the season.

The lodge has an enclosed porch, which is handy for your outdoor wear and shoes.

On entering the lodge you will be met by the open plan, modern design kitchen/dining area and lounge. The kitchen has integrated appliances, including a fridge/Freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, along with microwave, gas oven and electric hob. You will also find all the usual utensils, pots, pans etc. The spacious dining area has a large free standing table and chairs. The lounge has a wall-mounted, 55" TV, fire, two large sofas, one being a corner sofa and lots of storage space (games for your use can be found here). With floor to ceiling windows and double doors, you can even take in the stunning views from the sofa. From the lounge you can access the decking area, where seating can be found.

Back through the kitchen you make your way to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over. Bedroom one has a TV, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, plus two single beds(3ft wide). The master bedroom features a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, drawer storage, plus TV. From here you can access the en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle.

All beds will be made up for your arrival together with all the bedding for the sofa bed too.

Bathrooms will have hand soap, hand towels and mats.

Tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided for your use, along with an iron and ironing board.

Bookings & Conditions

Minimum stay is four nights - Monday to Friday - 7 night stays can be either a Friday to Friday or a Saturday to Saturday

A 10% deposit of total rental fee is required to secure your dates.

All bookings are required to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior your arrival.

A rental damage deposit of £150 is also required with your final payment for your stay. This is refundable within 10 days after your departure, unless any loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred.

A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. A further email with details of your stay will be sent prior to your arrival.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the Lodge.

Park rules dictate that no Stag/Hen parties are allowed, and no same sex parties are allowed.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Gas is on a pay as you go basis and units will be on the meter for your arrival. We ask you to top up as you use (gas units purchased at Reception using the gas card). Average cost for a week is £20 subject to usage.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a fabulous place to stay, whether you wish to visit the area or stay on site. The following facilities are available on site, some with additional costs:

As well as the many coastal walks close to Ladram Bay, there’s also Otterton Mill and the King's Arms pub (both serving fabulous food) and a village shop. Also close by is Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy Theme Park and Paignton Zoo.

Local beaches include Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Exmouth.

Supermarkets can be found around 6 miles from Ladram Bay, including Tesco and Lidl.
