A beautiful, spacious holiday home with sea and countryside views — your own private space at one of Devon’s most sought-after 5★ holiday parks.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing family holiday by the sea, a special break with friends, or simply somewhere to escape and unwind, Seabay is ready for you to arrive, settle in and enjoy.
Our 2023 Platinum-graded, luxury Gainsborough holiday home is light, airy and spacious, with a private south-facing wraparound decking, patio and garden. Set in a peaceful location, Seabay is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurant and swimming pool, while offering you your own space to relax and enjoy the views.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable, easy holiday, including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, large-screen TV and comfortable furnishings. Outside, the generous decking is the perfect place for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply watching the world go by.
Your holiday starts when you arrive
We believe a good holiday shouldn't begin with a car full of bedding or end with a last-minute rush to pack up.
Beds are made ready for your arrival, indoor towels are provided and our generous Welcome Pack includes breakfast provisions, essentials and a few treats — so you can turn off the car, open the door and start enjoying your holiday.

Friday-to-Friday holidays
For 2027, we're primarily offering full-week Friday-to-Friday holidays, giving you plenty of time to properly switch off and enjoy everything Ladram Bay and the surrounding Devon coast have to offer.
Flexible shorter stays may also be available at selected times — please ask.

The lounge has a Smart TV, Free Sat, Blue Ray player, Wi Fi via Satellite – bandwidth is good, and not guaranteed. There is also integrated sound system you can link your music player to via Bluetooth.
Set in the slightly raised location of Monks View, D field, at Ladram Bay, we have fabulous views from our private south-facing decking. Monks View is a few minutes walk from the restaurant and main centre of the park and so offers a peaceful location, yet just moments from the action.
New in July 2023, Seabay is our luxury caravan with gas central heating and double glazing, so is cosy no matter what the weather.
The main bedroom has a comfy King Size bed, floodlit vanity mirror and en-suite WC.
In addition to the en-suite, there is a shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin.
The spacious lounge has a Smart TV, FreeSat, Wi Fi, integrated bluetooth speaker. Two sofas (one a small double sofa-bed), plus free-standing dining table with chairs.
Outside, we have our own decking and patio/garden area. With tables and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining.
Location
Ladram Bay is a 5* site on the Jurassic Coast in East Devon.
It has a well-stocked shop, bar, restaurant, takeaway, Three Rocks entertainment complex, indoor pool, crazy golf and a range of sports activities, including paddle board and boat hire.
The South West Coastal path passes through the site.
The village of Otterton has a welcoming pub and very popular Mill and is a lovely walk.
Close by are Exmouth and Sidmouth where Marks and Spencer Food, Waitrose, Tesco and Lidl can be found. Even nearer, in Budleigh Salterton, there is a brilliant Co-op and Tesco Express.
From Bicton Park, Crealy Park, Topsham, Darts Farm Shop, Woodbury Common to the city of Exeter; the area caters for many activities.
