Private location with decking and sea and countryside views, yet a few minutes walk to beach, restaurant and pool ... Seabay is our 2023, Platinum graded, luxury, spacious Gainsborough caravan to let on 5* Ladram Bay Holiday Park.

This light and airy, top-of-the-range, Platinum graded, luxury holiday home offers a private, south facing, wraparound decking, patio and garden.

A huge, spectacular fitted kitchen consisting of a full size integrated fridge-freezer, 5-ring hob, full size oven – separate grill, microwave, full size dishwasher as well as pots, pans, crockery, wine and pint glasses.

The freestanding table seats 4, and the two comfy sofas have views out to sea and across fields.

The lounge has a Smart TV, Free Sat, Blue Ray player, Wi Fi via EE – signal is good, and not guaranteed. There is also integrated sound system you can link your music player to via Bluetooth.

Set in the slightly raised location of Monks View at Ladram Bay, we have fabulous views from our private south-facing decking. Monks View is a few minutes walk from the restaurant and main centre of the park and so offers a peaceful location, yet just moments from the action.

New in July 2023, Seabay is our luxury caravan with gas central heating and double glazing, so is cosy no matter what the weather.

It comes fully equipped and includes a full size dishwasher, cooker, separate grill, fitted fridge freezer, microwave and all glasses, crockery and cutlery.

The main bedroom has a comfy King Size bed, floodlit vanity mirror and en-suite WC.

In addition to the en-suite, there is a shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin.

The spacious lounge has a Smart TV, FreeSat, Wi Fi, integrated bluetooth speaker. Two sofas (one a small double sofa-bed), plus free-standing dining table with chairs.

Outside, we have our own decking and patio/garden area. Both with tables and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining.

Location

Ladram Bay is a 5* site on the Jurassic Coast in East Devon.

It has a well-stocked shop, bar, restaurant, takeaway, Three Rocks entertainment complex, indoor pool, crazy golf and a range of sports activities, including paddle board and boat hire.

The South West Coastal path passes through the site.

The village of Otterton has a welcoming pub and very popular Mill and is a lovely walk.

Close by are Exmouth and Sidmouth where Marks and Spencer Food, Waitrose, Tesco and Lidl can be found. Even nearer, in Budleigh Salterton, there is a brilliant Co-op and Tesco Express.

From Bicton Park, Crealy Park, Topsham, Darts Farm Shop, Woodbury Common to the city of Exeter; the area caters for many activities.
