Caravan Description

Our ‘Platinum’ graded caravan has one double bedroom with en-suite, two bedrooms with twin single beds in each, plus a pull-out bed in the large lounge.

We also have a large bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin (note - there is no bath).

The outdoor area is newly developed for 2020 with a large patio area, small grassed area and nice outdoor furniture. There is plot parking for 2 cars.

We are located close to all amenities in Park Fields (yet far enough away from the late night noise) and just a one minute walk from the shop, chip shop and reception. The club house is a two minute walk away.

Bookings & Conditions

Sorry, but our caravan is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Please also note that all guests are required to clean the caravan before leaving, so that it can be handed over to the next guest. If you prefer not to clean the caravan, please advise us and we will charge a £50 cleaning fee, so that we can organise an external cleaner.

This isn't our business - this is our holiday home, so we ask that all guests treat it that way.

We will take a security deposit of £50 for breakages, loss and/or damage, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park does not allow hen/stag parties or large groups.

We may have other dates that are not advertised, please fee free to contact us.

Electric is fully included in your rental. However, gas is on a meter - £10 would typically cover 3 full days and is topped up at the reception.

Well behaved pets are allowed, provided they are kept off the furniture and all dog mess is cleared from our grassed area.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the caravan. Please smoke outside and pick up any nub ends before you leave.

Check in is 12pm, check out by 10am.
