Caravan Description
This double glazed, centrally heated holiday home is more than a caravan; it is our ‘home from home’ and we want you to enjoy a holiday staying here in this beautiful part of Devon.
Larger than most caravans, this ‘lodge’ is situated in a convenient, yet secluded plot with sea views that can be enjoyed from the lounge and outside decking, where comfortable patio furniture is provided. There is a separate kitchen/dining area, large lounge area and large decking area.
The caravan is fully equipped and includes a TV with Freeview in the lounge.
There is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further bedroom with two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests must bring their own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and halogen cooker, as well as the LPG gas oven. In addition, a washing machine is also available.
Electricity is included in the rental price, but mains gas is paid for by the guest and operated on a prepayment card meter.
We love our caravan and we love Ladram Bay and we ask only that you take care of it and love it too.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a well maintained, child friendly, private site with its own shingle beach and plenty of rock pools that provide hours of fun fishing for that elusive crab! Kayak and paddle board hire is available on the beach and a well stocked beach cafe for all your beach needs including of course the ice cream!There is a full programme of entertainment every day in the Waves Bar and in Ollie’s Den with plenty of friendly Green Coats to keep you smiling.
On site there is a well-stocked and competitively priced shop and food outlets, as well as the Pebbles Restaurant and bar;, now with outside dining space, a new indoor leisure complex with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym (age restrictions apply in some areas), an arcade, newly installed children's play area and a dinosaur themed crazy golf; along with a beach café with boat/kayak hire.
If you like walking, there are fantastic coastal walks into Budliegh Salterton in one direction or Sidmouth in the other, and Ladram Bay is only a few minutes’ drive from Crealy Adventure Park and Bicton Park. The Cathedral City of Exeter is worth a visit and, of course, the wonderful sights of Dartmoor National Park.
