Caravan Description
For Hire: Our Cosalt Capri Super 37 holiday home, based on a quiet and friendly plot at the outstanding Ladram Bay Holiday Park.
The caravan offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC, and a very spacious comfortable living area that incorporates the lounge, dining are and kitchen.
There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with an additional pull-out double bed in the lounge area so you can comfortably sleep eight people. Pillows and duvets are supplied, but you are required to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.
The bathroom offers a shower cubicle and hand basin, with the WC being completely separate.
The lounge area has a comfortable wrap-around seating area, Freeview TV with built-in DVD player and a log effect electric fire.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and utensils and a good amount of storage space.
Outside the caravan there is a good size grassed area, a patio with table and chairs, and a good amount of space for parking a couple of cars.
Our caravan is a short walk from the park's sheltered, private beach and all the park's amenities, which include a launderette, shop, restaurant, take away, swimming pool, arcade, play park and entertainment club.
The price of gas is not included in the hire cost of the caravan, but can be purchased on a card at Reception. Electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.
We only accept couples or families. We will not take any booking for all male or all female groups.
The caravan offers you a great base for that perfect family holiday.

The emphasis at Ladram Bay Holiday Park is on good food, fun entertainment for the whole family and top class cabaret – promising you a holiday to remember.
Due to steep gradients and steps in certain areas, Ladram Bay may not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.
