Caravan Description
The caravan is in a lovely position with sea views and overlooks the countryside. There is plenty of space around the caravan, where you can park three cars.
The master bedroom has a double bed with overhead storage and a double wardrobe giving you plenty of hanging space. There is also an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double, again with overhead storage and a single wardrobe.
The main bathroom has sink, toilet and a large walk-in shower. The two bedrooms and bathroom each have electric wall heaters.
There is a dining room with a table and six chairs.
The kitchen is fully functional with a full size fridge freezer top box and gas cooker, and everything you will need. You will also find a wicker picnic basket and wine cooler for your use.
In the lounge area there is a gas fire, two occasional tables, a 32 inch TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player, plus two leather sofas, one of which pulls out as a double bed. We have also provided a selection of DVDs and games for your use.
Outside the caravan is a lovely veranda with a table and six chairs; at night you can sit out there with a lovely glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The veranda also benefits from having great lights on it.
Plus it has a separate stone patio area and further table and chairs to the side of the van.

About the Area

Out side the camp are plenty of thing to do; why not take a walk from the camp to Sidmouth where you will find plenty of shops and cafes, or just stroll along the front, or try your skill on the golf putting green.
You can also walk to Budleigh Salterton, again take in the scenery and have a leisurely coffee on the front.
Exmouth has a large beach with plenty of shops. You can walk from the camp along the river to Otterton Mill which is a working mill, here you can stop and have one of Devon's best cream teas in the lovely cafe.
Other attractions include: Bicton Park, Creally, Go Karting, Exmouth Cruise.
A bit further you will find Lyme Regis; this is a wonderful place, full of boats and a great beach with restaurants and a hand full of pubs. There's also Weymouth, Beer and Seaton.
Devon has the most wonderful coast line, and after your day of adventure what's better to go back to the caravan and sit out with a glass of wine and relax whilst the children play.
