Our Victory Saffron, 39 x 12.5, 2 bedroom lodge is located within an exclusive area of the site, enjoying the best views on the park.
The plot is larger than the majority of plots on site, with hard standing for 2 vehicles, in front of which there is a grass area for relaxing, and a very large decking area with outdoor dining suite, from which to relax and admire the sea views.
Inside there is:
A large king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower and toilet, plus a 26" wall mounted TV.
A twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double on request.
A family bathroom with shower and toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen diner with dishwasher, full-size oven, microwave, and full-size fridge/freezer.
A large lounge with feature fireplace, sofa and 2 reclining armchairs.
42" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player.
Full gas central heating. Gas and electric is included. Wifi is included.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park has been awarded numerous awards over the years, including best site in the UK by Hoseasons (2011), best site Gold Award in Devon by Hoseasons (2019), and Hoseasons' Diamond Award for Family Fun in Devon and Somerset (2019)It is an extremely tidy and friendly site that has been privately run by the same family for over 50 years. The site has it's own private beach, that is generally pebbles, and rock pools at low tide.
The site is only about 15 minutes from M5 J30 in sunny South Devon. There are lots of things to do on site for adults and children. This includes indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, indoor soft play area, enclosed children's playground, shop, take-away, cafe, launderette, excellent restaurant and carvery, bar, entertainment complex with free evening entertainment, football pitch, and supervised kid's clubs. Many people choose to totally relax and stay on site for the whole holiday.
For those wishing to venture off site, there are lots of nice walks and country pubs in the area, with the site being sited on the Devon Coastal Path. The walk to Sidmouth along the coast is a must. Nearby, Budleigh Salterton, Beer, Exmouth and Lyme Regis are all worth a visit. If you need retail therapy the city of Exeter is about 25-30 minutes away.
The lovely local thatched village of Otterton is about half a mile from the site, with a pub and outside beer garden, and it also serves meals. Many people also enjoy a walk to the restored Otterton Mill in the village, next to the river Otter, and partake in the delicious bread and cakes (and Devon Cream Teas!) made on the premises.
Also recommended by many is a visit to Crealy Theme Park and Resort, about 15 minutes drive away, with activities for all the family.
If you haven't been to this part of England before, you will want to return!
