Our spacious, double glazed, 3 bedroom caravan with central heating, which sleeps 6, is within easy reach of all the facilities at the award winning holiday park of Ladram Bay.

The accommodation comprises:

One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms. Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Shower room with wash hand basin, plus separate WC with wash hand basin.

Fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, grill and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Flat screen TV with built in freeview and DVD player within the lounge.

Parking is beside the caravan with a small grass area and washing line.
Electricity is included in the price.

Gas is via a key meter card payable at reception (the card is kept beside the gas meter with full instructions.
