Fantastic two bedroom, six berth family holiday home with central heating and double glazing throughout. It is situated in the sought after area of Peak View, with lovely sea views.
The main living area is modern open plan with a large lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, including microwave and fridge freezer. Home entertainment includes TV with built in Freeview, DVD, stereo and CD /DVD library.
There are two good size bedrooms, the main double bedroom is ensuite and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional comfortable fold out double bed in the lounge area. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests need to bring their own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
The main modern bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is a lovely private patio and BBQ area with sea views and it is fully equipped for outdoor dining with a brand new gas BBQ.
There is space for vehicles to park next to the holiday home.
Electricity and BBQ gas are included in the price but mains gas is paid for by the guest and operated on a prepayment card meter.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a privately owned family park situated in East Devon near to the village of Otterton and between the beach resorts of Sidmouth & Budleigh Salterton.The Park enjoys its own private secluded beach, indoor heated swimming pool complex, kids club, amusement arcade, crazy golf, adventure playground, sea view restaurant, bar, nightspot, take away, shopping complex, café, launderette.
The small resort of Ladram Bay and its private beach sits between the pretty town of Budleigh Salterton and the Edwardian town of Sidmouth on the beautiful Jurassic coast. If you enjoy walking, the nearby coastal path will take you on a spectacular walk to either town. The local village of Otterton has the Otterton Mill for eating, live music and an exhibition of local art. There is also a local pub.
