Caravan Description
We have a 2004 spacious, 2 bedroom family caravan, which sleeps up to 6 people, located in a quiet, secure position on an award winning holiday park.
The accommodation of the caravan is as follows:
- One double bedroom with a double bed and with en-suite facility
- Bathroom accessible from both the double room as an en-suite from the hallway
- One twin bedded room
- A fully functional kitchen with a full sized cooker with a grill and oven, fridge, microwave etc.
- Lounge area containing a fold out double bed, a TV with integrated freeview and DVD player
The caravan has heating is all rooms and the prices include all your gas and electricity.
Outside we have a grassed area overlooking the crazy golf course. The caravan is situated near the security cabin, for extra peace of mind. It is on a level walk to all the facilities - no hills to climb!!

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is privately owned, but is a site from which Hoseasons operate. It has been awarded their prestigeous silver award.Ladram Bay's on site facilities include a private, safe and secluded beach, kid's clubs, beach shop, grocery shop, crazy golf, indoor heated swimming pool complex for all the family, entertainments, bar, restaurant with a wonderful panoramic sea view, take away, outside adventure playground, a laundrette and an amusement arcade away from the entertainments (no walking through to get to the entertainment like Haven!).
