Caravan Description
Our caravan is currently being set up on this lovely fishing lakes site north of Norwich. It will be ready to hire from May onwards.
Park Field 2 is a warm, modern, well-equipped and double-glazed caravan kept to a high standard.
Ideal for individuals, couples and families, the caravan has 2 bedrooms (one double en-suite, one twin/small double).
The spacious balcony to the front and side has a lockable gate for child safety, with a patio table and chairs, umbrella and loungers provided, along with a barbecue.
A welcome pack of kitchen towel, loo roll, bin liners, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar is provided.
Parking is at the side of the caravan.
The caravan is conveniently sited a short walk from the fishing lakes and site amenities.
In the caravan you will find:
A comfortable lounge and dining area with TV/DVD/Freeview, board games, cards, DVDs, books and jigsaws.
A well-equipped kitchen with microwave, full size oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, cafetiere and everything you need in the way of utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Sufficient heating in all rooms including a wall-mounted blow heater in the shower room with loo, wash basin and a spacious shower plus ‘Jack and Jill’ doors to master bedroom and hallway
Pillows, duvets, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. Linen is provided on request at £8 per double set and £5 per single set.
A hairdryer, CD/radio alarm clock, cooling fans, iron and ironing board and inside clothes airer are provided.
A range of beach equipment is also available for you to use free of charge.
Bookings & Conditions
Price quoted is for a maximum of 4 people and includes: 11 am checkout; Bottled gas, reasonable quota of electricity (up to approximately 20 units per day at owner’s discretion).
Optional Extras: Fishing ticket.
A £75 deposit is required to reserve your chosen dates, along with your completed booking form.
A £50 holding bond is required with the final payment. This is fully refundable and will be sent by bank transfer within 10 working days of your departure, provided the keys and visitors' pass have been returned and the caravan has been successfully inspected for damage/loss and evidence of pets and smoking.

Cobbleacre Holiday Park is a well-established fishing lake park conveniently situated 15 minutes north of the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Norwich just off the A140 and only 20 minutes from the Norfolk Broads.Driving up the A140 to the coast you reach Cromer and its famous pier and crab sandwiches. With big skies and abundant wildlife, this area offers plenty of opportunities for birdwatchers, photographers and wildlife lovers alike.
Local attractions include: Blickling Hall, RSPB reserves, NWT reserves, Wroxham and the Broads, Cromer pier etc.
