Caravan Description
Our Ladram Bay caravan is ideal for a family holiday or a quiet retreat for two.
The caravan has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from an en-suite WC and hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is also a fold-out bed located in the lounge area, which can be used if required.
The main bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin and is accessed from the hallway opposite the smaller bedroom.
We have a very well equipped kitchen/dining area with fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. All items required for dining in or cooking (cutlery, plates etc) are also provided.
A dining table and chairs provide a nice plate to enjoy a meal.
The lounge area is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a flat screen television and radio provided.
Outside there is a patio area with an outdoor table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Our caravan for hire on Ladram Bay Holiday Park, is located in a lovely quiet area of the park yet within easy walking distance of the shop, restaurant, bar and beach.
Booking Our Caravan
In order to secure your booking we will require a deposit of £100. The balance payment will be due 3 weeks in advance of your stay.
We generally book our caravan from Saturday to Saturday but short breaks of 3 or more nights may be accommodated if we are able to.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park offers many on site facilities aside from the beautiful pebble beach. There is fully equipped shop, restaurant and bar. The very varied entertainment schedule means there will be something for everyone and the program of activities for children will mean that they are never bored!The caravan is only a few hundred metres from the South West Coastal Path and benefits from many beautiful walks of the perfect Devon countryside. The small, idyllic village of Otterton with its award winning Mill is a very short drive away. Further afield the picturesque towns of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are a must visit.
