Caravan Description

For a relaxing family break by the coast, why not stay at our beautiful 2-bedroom caravan at Ladram Bay Holiday Park. The caravan is located in Monks View and is classed as Premium by Ladram Bay due to its sought-after position on the park.

Outside, the caravan benefits from wrap around decking, including a private front deck where you can enjoy sea views while overlooking open fields, often home to grazing cows. There is plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. Parking is available on the tarmac driveway.

Inside, the spacious lounge provides plenty of room for the whole family, with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, and ample preparation space, making it ideal for self-catering holidays.

The caravan has two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite, and is very well equipped throughout. Additional features include full central heating, Wi-Fi (please note this is an ee router and in our experience is the best provider on site however it can struggle in peak time due to the amount of people onsite) games, and a PlayStation.

Booking Information

25% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking

Full balance due 6 weeks before arrival

£250 refundable damage bond, returned within 7 days of departure subject to no damage

Cancellation Policy

Over 3 months before arrival: 75% refund of remaining balance

Within 2 months: 30% refund

Within 1 month of arrival: no refund

Every effort will be made to re-let the dates where possible, and a refund may be offered if successful, although this cannot be guaranteed.
