Caravan Description
Our recently purchased (2025) luxury caravan for hire on Ladram Bay Holiday Park, has elevated front and side decking, complete with patio furniture to take in those stunning sea views. 7 night breaks are also available along with EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT - Subject to conditions, Please Ask.
The caravan is double glazed, central heated and beautifully decorated throughout.
It also offers all mod cons, including a Smart TV with soundbar, DVD player, Superfast fibre optic Wi-Fi, and an Alexa to cater for all your needs. Tea, sugar, coffee and biscuits are available for guests, also hand soap, washing up liquid, T-Towel and cleaning products so you don't have to pack everything but the kitchen sink.
The caravan comprises:
LOUNGE: L Shaped comfortable seating to relax and take in the stunning sea view, complete with a real flame effect gas fire, USB ports and a pull-out double bed under the seating so we can accommodate up to 6 people.
KITCHEN: Full sized gas cooker and hob; full size fridge freezer to chill your wine; an air fryer; washing machine and all mod cons. We even provide freshly ground coffee beans with cafetiere.
MAIN BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, sink and storage. Fresh hand towels are also provided.
MAIN BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE: King size bed with fresh bed linen provided; a wardrobe and dressing table; overhead and side storage; bedside lighting and USB ports.
TWIN BEDROOM: Two Single beds with fresh linen, overhead storage, a wardrobe, lamp and USB ports. Beds can be moved to form a small double if preferred.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Otterton, Devon, benefits from its own accessible private pebble beach with safe swimming, along with kayak and pedalo hire and a beach shack.Ladram Bay also offers nightly entertainment at The Three Rocks on site clubhouse. The delicious Pebbles restaurant boasts sea views, with outside dining.
Children are well catered for with daily activities, an amusement arcade and park with pirate ship and climbing tower.
Beautiful Budleigh Salterton, with its stunning beach, is a short drive away. As is Sidmouth, with its quaint little shops. It also offers coast walks and Connaught Gardens. Why not climb Jacobs Ladder too, so you can take in the coastal view.
Exmouth town centre is also a short drive away, with its restaurants - definitely try Aby's. There’s also entertainment at Ocean and the Pavillion, coastal walks and the life boat, which is worth checking out.
