Welcome to ‘The Retreat’, our lovely home from home on the award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park, situated in the Peak View area of the Park.

It's our aim to make your holiday special by providing you with everything you may need, so you can relax and unwind in this beautiful part of the country.

The price you pay will include electricity and water, and we also include complimentary EE 4G Wi-Fi for your enjoyment, as sometimes the signal here can be quite poor.

However, we do ask that you top up the reasonably priced gas using the card during your stay.

Outside there is parking for one car with the option of parking another on the grass to the side of the caravan. There's also an enclosed wraparound veranda complete with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sea view . This is my favourite place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening chilled glass of wine. You’ll also find a table and four chairs on the patio together with a barbecue so you can enjoy some outdoor dining together with a bench and storage unit containing sun loungers and buckets and spades for the children.

In the lounge you will find a good size flatscreen TV with incorporated DVD player, as well as some books, board games and DVDs for your entertainment. There is also a very comfortable sofa which one of our guests referred to as a "proper" sofa and an electric fire for those nights that are a bit chilly.

The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary utensils; a gas oven and hob; a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The main bathroom has a fully fitted powerful shower, wash basin and WC.

In the main bedroom you’ll find a king size bed, a good amount of wardrobe space and a dressing table, as well as an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, again with built-in wardrobe space, containing an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and some blankets for those chilly evenings.

We will provide duvets and pillows for you, but you will need to provide duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels and a bath mat if required.

FROM YOU, OUR GUESTS, WE KINDLY ASK THE FOLLOWING:

NO stag or hen parties.

NO smoking or vaping.

NO pets.

That you leave the caravan (and barbecue if used) clean and tidy and also leave 3 units on the gas metre.

In order to secure your booking, we ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit, payable by bank transfer, the details of which we will provide you. The balance must then be paid six weeks prior to your arrival date.

In addition to your balance, we will also require a £100 security bond to cover any loss or damage, or in the event that an excessive clean is required following your stay. This will be returned to you within seven days of your departure provided all is in order.
