Our aim is to provide you with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and special, so you have a wonderful and relaxing time away - all topped off with a lovely sea view.
You’ll even find some welcome goodies upon your arrival, so you can start your holiday in the very best way.
Dogs are very much welcome here, with us being dog lovers ourselves, and the dogs are not left out on the goodies front either - there’ll be some treats for them in the tin in the kitchen!
The price you pay will include your gas and electric, and we provide you with complimentary EE 4G Wi-Fi for your enjoyment, given that mobile signal can be patchy on the park to say the least!
Most importantly of all though, you’ll get the very best of what Ladram Bay Holiday Park and the simply stunning surrounding area, has to offer.
Outside there’s parking for two cars. There's also a veranda (which looks lovely at night when the fairy lights come on) complete with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sea view. You’ll also find a picnic bench on the patio so you can enjoy some ‘al fresco’ dining. Completing everything there’s a well-tended planted area where you might hear the bees buzzing around, and the robin might pop down for a visit too.
In the lounge, you can enjoy the sea view from the sofa and the dining table. You’ll also find a good size TV, as well as some books and games for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary utensils; a gas oven and hob; an integrated fridge/freezer; microwave, kettle and toaster. There’s even a water filter jug for the perfect cup of tea or coffee (the water is a little hard in the area). We’ll also provide a few essentials to get you started, for instance, washing up liquid, hand wash, tea towels, cloths, scourers, bin bags etc.
In the main bedroom you’ll find a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table, as well as an en-suite bathroom. In the wardrobe you’ll find an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, fans for the warmer months and blankets for the colder ones. There’s also some camping chairs for trips to the beach or picnics in the lovely surroundings.
The second bedroom has twin beds, again with built-in wardrobe space.
We will provide duvets and pillows for you, but you will need to provide duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and a bath mat.
On a slightly more formal note:
NO stag or hen parties.
Smoking in the caravan is strictly prohibited, as is the charging of electric vehicles.
In order to secure your booking, we ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit, payable by bank transfer, the details of which we will provide you. The balance must then be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In addition to your balance, we will also require a £100 security bond to cover any loss or damage, or in the event that an excessive clean is required following your stay. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure provided all is in order.

Situated on the coast between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an award winning park with its own private beach.
It offers the lovely Pebbles restaurant, enjoying sea views; Waves bar, offering entertainment for adults and children; the Beach Shack Café. where you can get a tea, coffee or an ice cream. The site also offers a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, along with the on-site shop, launderette, and a fish and chip restaurant and take away - what more could you want!
There is so much to explore and enjoy in this beautiful area, including a lovely local pub a short distance away.
