Caravan Description
Welcome to our 2019 Willerby Sheraton, 40ft x 13ft, where we have replaced everything throughout, including the carpets.
Our holiday home is situated towards the top of Peak View, providing us with fantastic sea views.
The caravan comprises of a large double bedroom with king-size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a main shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday, including a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. In the lounge we have a dining table with chairs, two comfortable sofas, one of which is a pull out sofa bed, a 42” Smart TV, and Wi-Fi, so you can watch your favourite streaming service like Netflix or Amazon Prime Video.
The caravan also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. Gas and electric are included in the price along with duvets and pillows, you just need to bring your own bedding and towels.
Outside there is an enclosed decking with a glass front for unobstructed sea views, and an enclosed garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a parking space for one car.
We require a £100 deposit, which secures the dates you wish to book. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your holiday.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is located on the Jurassic coast between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, it is a family run holiday park with a private pebble beach.On site you will find an indoor swimming pool, outside splash area, gym, sauna and steam room. For the kids there is an amusement arcade, soft play area and adventure playground.
When you don't feel like cooking you can find plenty of eateries to choose form including Pebbles the on-site restaurant and Coast Takeaway fish and chip shop, there is also a clubhouse with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. You can also find a mini supermarket on-site for the essentials.
Nearby is Otterton which has a pub, a historic mill and a small shop.
Just a short drive is Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Sidmouth.
