Caravan Description
Welcome to our modern, immaculate home from home, 36ft x 12ft Victory Atlantic, that is situated on The Orchardare of Ladram Bay, a lovely quiet location that is convenient for shops, beach, clubhouse, play park, pool, and football field. There is great access to many walking routes including the South West Coastal path.
The double bedroom comes with wardrobes, TV and access to the bathroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds, and wardrobe space. In the main bathroom we have a double shower, sink and toilet, we also have an additional WC with toilet and sink.
Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holiday with a built in fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, hob, Krupps coffee machine, air fryer, pans, pots, crockery and cutlery provided.
We have a 42” Freeview TV in the lounge, floor to ceiling widows to the front, USB sockets, L shaped sofa, footstool, coffee table, lamps and electric fire. There is a dining table with L shaped seating and a separate bench seating up to six people.
Outside we have a lawn and patio area with a corner sofa, solar lights, washing line and tarmac driveway that will accommodate two vehicles.
