Caravan Description
Our beautiful sea view caravan for holiday lets on Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon, is a 2021 Regal Harlington 40’ x 13’, 2 bedroom.
This beautiful, cozy caravan offers a charming retreat, comfort and relaxation with fantastic sea views.
This luxury double glazed and central heated caravan on Ladram Bay Holiday Park, has a master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room, along with a twin bedroom with two 3’ beds (there is bedding provided to make into a double bed if preferred).
In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
The lounge has two couches, an electric coal effect fire, a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, plus Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a large integrated fridge/freezer, integrated full size dishwasher, a full size gas oven with 4 ring gas hob, an air fryer, toaster, and kettle, along with all crockery, cutlery and pans you may need.
There is gas central heating throughout the caravan, with hot water on demand.
Outside we have an enclosed decking to the front, complete with seating to enjoy the beautiful sea views, plus a side decking leading to the garden. The garden area has seating and a BBQ. We also have an Astro turfed area.
Parking is available for one vehicle.
Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided, and there will be a complimentary welcome pack of essentials awaiting your arrival (tea, coffee, bread, milk, Prosecco).
Gas, electric and Wi-Fi is included in our rental price.
When you arrive at our lovely Ladram Bay caravan, all you will need to do is pop a cork and relax!
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, NO smoking allowed.
The charging of EV vehicles from the caravan is prohibited. The caravan's electrical supply is not suitable and could result in FIRE.
We ask for a £100 deposit to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
An additional £100 security cover will be required with the balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.
Bookings for Saturday to Saturday is preferred. However, Monday to Friday slots may be available on request.
