Caravan Description
Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan to let at the beautiful Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon, situated in the quiet and peaceful Orchard.
We are ideally situated close to all the amenities and are just a short walk from Ladram Bay’s private pebble beach.
Our 37ft caravan at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, is fully double glazed and central heated, with a parking space for one car and an enclosed garden.
The lounge has some sea views and includes an L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player with plenty of DVDs, plus some games to keep everyone occupied on a rainy day.
The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan, along with all utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The dining area has a free-standing dining table with four chairs.
The 3 bedrooms are comprised of a master bedroom with double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite with toilet and wash basin, and two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. However, bed linen and towels ARE NOT provided.
The main bathroom has a fully fitted shower with sliding door, a toilet and wash basin.
Outside we have a small, enclosed garden with grass, a patio and furniture to enjoy the sunshine. There is also a parking space for one car. Ladram Bay has a car park for other vehicles.
Our Ladram Bay caravan is pet friendly and can accommodate 2 small, well-behaved dogs. We are also near to the dog walking field.
Bookings & Conditions
NO SMOKING / VAPING is permitted in the caravan.
Stag/hen parties and late night noise are NOT permitted.
No charging of electric vehicles as it may effect the caravan electrics.
We require £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. All bookings must be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A rental security deposit of £100 is also required when paying the balance. This will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, unless any damage, loss and/or breakages have occurred or there is a need for an excessive clean.
Check in time is from 4pm. Check out is required by 10am.

About the Area
The award-winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park has excellent facilities for both adults and children. Our caravan is situated close to all the amenities and is just a short walk from Ladram Bay’s private pebble beach.Within the pool complex is an indoor heated pool, a children’s pool with slides, and an outdoor splash zone*. The complex also has saunas, a steam room and gym.
Other Ladram Bay facilities include crazy golf, outdoor play area, indoor soft play, amusements, restaurants **, a takeaway, launderette, shop, kids’ club, and day and evening entertainment in the Waves bar.
*Pool passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased at Reception. You will need to pre-book swimming sessions at Reception.
** If you’ve brought your pet pooch along, they are welcome to join you on the terrace which boasts stunning scenic views of the bay and surrounding landscape. Make sure you book to guarantee a space and download the Ladram Bay Food and Beverage App.
