The caravan is bright and spacious with two bedrooms, and two bathroom with full central heating and is ideally located just a 2 minute walk from all amenities including leisure facilities, restaurant and children’s play park.
Car parking is only 20 m away
The large living area has an electric fire, smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video etc., free Wi-Fi, dining table and four chairs and french doors leading out to the wraparound sundeck with patio furniture and an open outlook
Well equipped kitchen that has everything you may need including a fridge freezer, electric hob, oven and microwave.
There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with memory foam mattress and en-suite toilet and a twin/double bedroom. Clean bed linen is provided with all beds made up for your arrival.
Our caravan benefits from an additional separate toilet and shower room

There are lovely walks to the lakes : Goodrington beach and water park from the caravan park.
The Torbay bus service is very good, taking you into Paignton, which has the largest zoo in the South West. Brixham Harbour is renowned for the fantastic fish to buy and amazing fish restaurants. Torquay has many bars and night clubs. St Mary Church has a Vintage Museum and Babbacombe beaches which have marvellous views. Totnes which is on the River Dart and is an exceptional place for eating and shopping.
From Paignton you can get the steam train to Dartmouth and along the way stops off at Greenway, the home of Agatha Christie and Dartmouth Naval Base. A round trip can be booked bringing you back safely by boat, train or bus.
There are also plenty of fishing trips and many other excursions are available.
