This beautiful holiday home in the Heron View area of Hoburne Devon Bay, is ideally situated just one caravan away from another of our family caravans, as listed on Ref 9257 on this website.
Our lovey caravan is well equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable home-from-home stay at Devon Bay in Paignton, Devon.
It features a master double bedroom with a high-quality double bed, a twin bedroom and a shower room with W/C and wash basin.
All bedding and towels are included, and all beds will be made up for you, prior to your arrival.
The open-plan kitchen leads to cosy lounge and dining area.
A wraparound decking patio is equipped with lovely outdoor patio furniture to enjoy those home-cooked or takeaway meals al fresco - or even just a nice cold glass of wine or beer on a sunny day.7

The caravan is situated just a few minutes’ walk from all the facilities at Hoburne Devon Bay.

Hoburne Devon Bay offers an amazing entertainment itinerary including live production shows; cabaret acts; comedians; family game shows; lots of children's entertainment for all ages with 'Sammy Squad' and the wonderful team of children's entertainers; and of course, bingo!!
The indoor pool has a fantastic flume, and the outdoor pool is heated.
New for 2024, is a comprehensive refurbishment of the entertainments centre and swimming pools.
The famous Goodrington Sands beach, accessed via a footpath, is a casual 15 minute walk from the Park. Here ere you can spend the day enjoying the golden sands, food and drink at the Brewers Fayre, watch the steam train go past or even have a fun-filled adventure day at the Splashdown Quay West Waterpark adjacent to the beach.
There are many places close by to explore, including the 'Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway', 'Cockington Village' with its exquisite thatched roofed properties is a must, as well as the numerous beaches and attractions just a short drive away. The 'Coastal Footpath' is accessible from many places, but Berryhead, above Brixham, offers some of the best vantage points to view the stunning South Devon coastline scenery.
