Beautiful holiday home with decking and sea views available for hire on Hoburne Devon Bay Resort in Goodrington, Devon. It is also central heated and double glazed throughout, so ideal at any time of year. Location is convenient to the on site shop and all the park facilities.

This is a Premium Deluxe holiday home accommodating up to 4 people.

The master bedroom is en suite and has full storage with cupboards and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and cupboard space.

There is also a second modern shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The fully fitted, modern kitchen has a 5-burner hob, fitted top and bottom gas ovens, a microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also and in-built washing machine and dishwasher.
The lounge area consists of breakfast bar and two stools; a glass top round dining table with 4 chairs; two black, faux leather loungers; a 32" TV with DVD player, plus a wall-mounted fire - both have separate remote controls. The lounge leads onto the decking through two double doors, where you will find an outside table and 4 chairs for your convenience.

Along with beautiful furnishings, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, as well as iron and ironing board, and a small airer/dryer.

There is carpet in the bedroom and lounge, with hard floor coverings on the kitchen and shower room floors.

Our rental price includes a membership card for up to four guests, which allows you access to all the park facilities.

Location

Hoburne Devon Bay offers all the facilities needed to fill your leisure requirements, including one inside pool and one outside pool. There is also a fully equipped gym, putting green, restaurants and a club house that offers various entertainments during the day and evening.

A sightseeing bus will take you from the Park into Paignton seaside resort and Torquay Harbour.

Hoburne Devon Bay is only a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach, which includes a waterpark and slides.

If you like walking, there are many coastal paths to explore.

The Torbay bus service is very good, taking you into Paignton, which has the largest zoo in the South West. Brixham Harbour is renowned for the fantastic fish to buy and amazing fish restaurants. Torquay has many bars and night clubs. St Mary Church has a Vintage Museum and Babbacombe beaches which have marvellous views. Totnes which is on the River Dart and is an exceptional place for eating and shopping.

From Paignton you can get the steam train to Dartmouth and along the way stops off at Greenway, the home of Agatha Christie and Dartmouth Naval Base. A round trip can be booked bringing you back safely by boat, train or bus.

There are also plenty of fishing trips and many other excursions are available.
