Greetings.
Modern Willerby Westmorland home for holiday hire on Hoburne Devon Bay in Paignton, with a sun-trap decking patio and car parking, plus double glazing and heating throughout.
Our holiday home offers two bedrooms, a large double and a twin bedroom, with all clean bedding and towels included in the price.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and all cutlery (no meter charges).
The spacious lounge has 42" flat-screen TV with DVD player, and lounge seating with fold-away double bed. Outside you can relax in comfort on the sun-trap patio.
Optional: Site passes are available for up to six guests and are priced at £40.00 per week (unless stated in notes).
Please note, NO SMOKING or PETS.
A maximum of six guests can stay in the caravan for health and safety reasons. Hoburne requires details of all guests, you must provide names, DOB, your address, telephone numbers and car registration number. The details are protected and only used for insurance purposes.
A non-refundable deposit at £100.00 per week will secure your booking and will be taken off the cost of the holiday.
Final payment must be made six weeks before the date of the holiday.
Unfortunately, the cost of the holiday will not be refunded if cancelled within the six weeks before the booking date.
NO SMOKING or PETS. We aim to keep the holiday home, smoke and pet free.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm, checkout time is 10:00 am.
The caravan is fully cleaned before your stay.

Hoburne Devon Bay is in an ideal location in the heart of Torbay, known as The English Riviera, complete with its own palm trees. On-site, Hoburne Devon Bay has an extensive entertainment complex with leisure facilities to suit all ages. The parks main facilities are only a five-minute walk away. A laundrette and convenience store are close by for all those much-needed sundries.There’s a fantastic beach at Goodrington Sands, which is close by, along with numerous tourist attractions including Paignton Zoo, Torbay Steam Railway and Greenway House. Only a short drive away is the wonderful landscape of Dartmoor National Park.
