Set in a peaceful tree lined area of the park, this lovely holiday home at Hoburne Devon Bay, sits in a grassed area with an adjacent paved private parking space.

The large, open sun deck is ideal for relaxing, al-fresco dining on the patio table and chairs, or enjoying some family time in the hot tub.

Within the holiday home, the bright open lounge area has patio doors leading straight onto the front deck, along with two sofas, a large TV, FREE fibre broadband and Wi-Fi.

The open plan kitchen and dining area has all you need for a self-catering holiday and comes fully equipped with a kettle, cooker, five burner hob, microwave, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you may require for family meals. The dining area has a table, four chairs, overhead dining lights and a skylight.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, bedside tables with multiple drawers and lights, a wardrobe for storage and a window seat. The master also incorporates a dressing table and wall mounted TV, and features a full size en-suite with shower, toilet, built-in wash basin and cupboards.

The cosy and comfortable twin bedroom contains two standard width single beds, a dressing table, wardrobe, shared bedside table with wall light and a wall-mounted TV.

A second shower room with toilet, wash basin, skylight and shower, leads off the hallway.

The home is heated by a full gas central heating system, with the added benefit of a wall-mounted electric fire in the lounge area.

Goodrington Sands also boasts many things to do, including spotting the passing steam trains, crazy golf, bumper boats, water sports, cafes and Splashdown Waterpark.
