Caravan Description

We have a lovely family holiday accommodation for hire on Hoburne Devon Bay. Our pet friendly caravan is situated in a quiet location on this very well-equipped holiday park.

Our Hoburne Devon Bay has two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin bedded room. There is also a fold down double bed sofa in the lounge so the caravan will comfortably sleep six guests.

In addition to the en-suite is a central family shower room and toilet.

This is an extremely well-equipped, holiday caravan at Hoburne Devon Bay, with everything you could need for your stay. This includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery etc. in the kitchen; a flat screen TV in the lounge and main bedroom; Now TV installed in the lounge; full, superfamily Wi-Fi available throughout; and even hand wash on all sinks. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Double patio doors from the lounge lead out to a large decking area. BBQs are NOT allowed on the decking, but may be used on the hard standing adjacent to the caravan.

We also have a dedicated, numbered parking space.

All in all, our Hoburne Devon Bay caravan is a perfect home from home.



Additional Information

For your safety and peace of mind, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Fresh hand towels and bed linen is provided, with beds made up prior to your arrival.

Beach and Bath towels are NOT provided.

Park Passes are compulsory and organised by us, but they are not included in our caravan rental price. Park Passes are charged at a separate rate of £66 per party, per week and will enable full, unrestricted use of the pools, gym, sauna, restaurants and cabaret bars, as well as all children's activities.

BBQs are NOT allowed on the decking, but may be used on the hard standing adjacent to the caravan.



Bookings & Conditions

Couples and families only.

No smoking or vaping allowed.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

Full payment must be received 28 days prior to your arrival date.
cleaners and a handyman are available 7 days a week.

Entry on arrival day is at 2.30 pm. Departure is by 10.30 am.
To be clear, we accept a SMALL dog not a rottweiler.
We will charge an extra cleaning charge should people carry on flaunting our wishes.
