Caravan Description

Our beautiful, pet friendly, family owned static caravan is well equipped with everything you may need for your comfortable self-catering home from home holiday at Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park in Devon. It has full double glazing, central heating, unlimited Wi-Fi and passes to use all the facilities of Hoburne Devon Bay are included.

Our accommodation includes:

A spacious lounge, dinning and kitchen area with a wrap-around comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed), coffee tables, wall units, an electric fire, LCD Smart TV with access to most streaming platforms. The dining/kitchen area has a table with four chairs, a fridge freezer, an electric oven, a microwave and all the usual kitchen appliances and kit.

Two bedrooms consisting of a main, double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite WC, a wash basin, a king-sized bed. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space, a dressing table with a hairdryer and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed if required, wardrobe, a small table, shelf and a mirror.

Our main bathroom has a WC, a basin with a mirror and a walk-in shower.

Outside, we have a gated decking which surrounds one side and the front of the caravan. For your use and relaxation, we have provided outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy a cool beer or glass of wine whilst looking over the views of the wooded area, the sea and listen to the steam train whistle as it chuffs along between Paignton and Dartmouth.

Included in our price are passes which will allow access to all Hoburne Holiday Park facilities.
