Homely 3 bedroom caravan to let on Golden Sands Holiday Park in the picturesque seaside resort of Dawlish Warren, in the heart of south Devon with its beautiful coastlines & rolling hills.
Our property comprises of three bedrooms, two twin and a master double bedroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans and essentials you will need for your stay.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided for you to make your arrival easier after your journey!

Our property is a short 2 minute walk from all the facilities that Golden Sands Holiday Park has to offer, which includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and the clubhouse which has a great entertainment schedule, including nightly bingo and kids’ discos. There’s also an on site shop and launderette.
Just a short walk away is the beautiful Dawlish Warren and beaches. Approximately a 5 minute walk away there are 3 amazing pubs and restaurants, a funfair, quaint shops and a bakery providing fresh bread and cakes!
A short bus or train ride away are the beautiful towns of Torquay, Teignmouth and Paignton. The local train station is a mere 10 minute stroll away!
