Caravan Description

This ABI Eminence, 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday caravan at Golden Sands, offers double glazing and gas central heating throughout, with radiators in all rooms, plus a gas fire in the living area.

The three bedrooms comprise of two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. There is also a double pull-out bed in the living area.

There is a main bathroom with shower unit, wash basin and toilet, along with a separate second toilet with hand basin.

The caravan comes complete with FREE, superfast Wi-Fi, a 40” TV, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas oven with grill and 4 burner hob, along with all crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.

Bedding is Included. However, bed linen is not provided so please remember to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers with you.

We are situated just a one minute walk from the main on-site facilities, i.e. the clubhouse, reception/shop, Indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool and arcade area. We are also only a ten minute walk from Dawlish Warren where you can find a couple of pubs, chips shop, a Chinese takeaway, seaside shops and an amusement area full of rides, plus crazy golf, go-karts and a huge beach with great country views.



Bookings & Conditions

We ask for a £50 booking deposit to secure your dates. Full payment must be received 14 days before your check-in date.

Your initial £50 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded as soon as the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.



Cancellations

If you cancel the booking more than 14 days from your check-in date, a full refund will be given.

If cancelled within 14 days of your check-in date, your booking deposit will not be refunded.
