Full central heating and the additional benefit of (AC) air-conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom.
The living area has a generous sized two-piece leather motorised lounge suite, large TV, two skylights and five floor to ceiling windows, to emphasise on the natural light. Additionally in this space you have a dining area and two sets of patio double doors that open out on to the attractive decking area with stunning open Devon country views. Towards the rear, you have two well-proportioned double bedrooms, the master featuring a separate dressing room and en-suite with walk-in shower. Additionally, you have the modern family bathroom suite featuring a beautiful roll top free standing bath.
